Instructional design and especially eLearning is a constantly evolving field. In prior employment, I have been fortunate to have opportunities to continue to develop my skills using many different tools and facilitating learning across many platforms and learning environments.
As a life-long learner, I know learning never stops. I have enrolled in Oregon State University's E-Learning Instructional Design and Development Certificate program as a way to refresh existing knowledge and skills, and to develop and learn new ones. I'm jumping into the cohort with the Exploring E-Learning Tools course and will pick up the first course later in the series. I'm looking forward to practicing my existing skills and learning new tools and skills in the process.
