Seven Keys to Effective Hiring

This course was designed as an adaptive micro course to provide training for recruiters in supporting client companies with the hiring process. Learners are provided choices for each step of the hiring process and feedback on each choice. Learners who know and are familiar with the content receive summary information after each section, then continue to the next section. Learners who select incorrect choices, receive additional feedback to close gaps in understanding.
